Zimbotong was born out of a desire to share authentic biltong with the world! The shops are full of poor excuses for the stuff – if you’ve ever tried shop bought biltong, we offer something completely different! There is no comparison to the depth of flavour you’ll experience in our carefully crafted offerings.
Biltong originates from South Africa – but is popular in many neighbouring countries. Our family hails from Zimbabwe where our recipe originates – thanks pops!
